Shipping is calculated at checkout and is determined by UPS. We keep our item costs low for our customers to try to offset the shipping expenses, because we love you and want everyone to enjoy our products no matter where they live!

SHIPPING POLICIES

All perishable items are shipped in a foam cooler with enough dry ice to keep the contents cold for 2 full days of transit. All deliveries are made by UPS via 2-Day Air (sometimes even faster!) and do not require a signature, so you don’t need to be home to receive your package. Due to the time sensitive nature of our frozen products, we strongly advise you to notify recipients that a package is coming if you order for someone else. We don’t want the products to go unnoticed and spoil on their doorstep!

We only ship frozen products on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so please plan accordingly. We highly encourage you to place your order at least 24 hours before you’d like it to leave our facility, to ensure timely delivery. We do not guarantee same-day shipments.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are final sale. Once the package leaves our facility, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email and can contact UPS with any delivery issues.

We guarantee you will be pleased as Puff pastry with our products. Our shipping methods have been tried and tested for years, so we are confident your shipment will arrive in excellent condition. If it doesn’t, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Your satisfaction is our main concern!
